Finally. The Oklahoma City Thunder arrived in the series and won Game 4, 109-103 to tie the series at 2-2. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook had big games and so did Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins. I expect Game 5 to be a rugged affair in San Antonio. Both San Antonio and OKC should be prepared to bring out the best in each other. OKC controlled the tempo and denied Tony Parker’s dribble penetrations and Manu Ginobli’s aggressive drives to the hoop. They also neutralized Tim Duncan’s post play. In tonight’s game, OKC showed their youth and energy. San Antonio left their game back at the hotel. It was there apparently in the first quarter, but showed down throughout the second, third, and fourth quarters. Now, OKC can steal Game 5 in San Antonio if they can. We’ll see what happens.
