Kevin Durant is NBA Finals MVP and deservedly so, because he has been second-best his whole life. As of this moment, Durant is an NBA champion because he has averaged 30+ points in each NBA Finals game in 2017. Now, the trick is staying at the top. The Golden State Warriors dominated the first game and Kevin Durant was in charge of it. He had 38 points and the Dubs deferred to him to lead the Warriors. Draymond Green helped out too with talking on defense and was the difference in leading Golden State to victory.
